Shipping/ Refund Policy

Processing time for hair is 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and 2-3 business days for shipping. Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days on all custom wig orders. Signature confirmation is required upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are final once order is placed.

Tracking information will be sent via email once the order is shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we will not issue refunds based off your error.
